Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Temporary General Manager of TaskForce with a background in the Marriott brand to join our team at BN ManagementCo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operationsand management of our Marriott properties on a temporary basis. This is achallenging and dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, extensiveMarriott experience, and the ability to drive exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide temporary leadership and guidance to Marriott propertieswithin our portfolio as assigned by the company.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties,ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue generation,expense management, and profit optimization.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, andstandards across all areas of operation.
- Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff to ensure a skilled andmotivated workforce.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenuegrowth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Implement effective cost-control measures to ensureprofitability.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with MarriottInternational and adhere to brand standards and guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, andcompetitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in Marriott-brandedhotels.
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing the operationsand management of Marriott properties.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
