This great Baltimore non-profit healthcare organization is seeking an Academic Hospitalist to join their Internal Medicine department to round on patients, teach residents, and consult with specialists.
Opportunity:
Guide teams of Internal Medicine residents throughout their inpatient rotations at the main hospital campus
Great scheduling options of one week on (7 days)
Manageable patient census with academic services capped at 14 patients in total
The team admits and discharges to their service daily within the cap
No ICU coverage required
Must be Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Internal Medicine
Competitive base salary, full-time, W-2 employed position with benefits, malpractice coverage, and potential additional PTO depending on core faculty responsibilities
Not a locums or contract (1099) position
