- Travel experience preferred
- Small critical access facility experience preferred

- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, ACLS and BLS, January 1 start date - Facility will not pend certs)
- Vermont license
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
