We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Senior Early Intervention Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist that is passionate about working with children birth to 36 months of age in their natural environment - kid's home setting. This opportunity brings flexibility, top compensation, industry-leading benefits, and a collaborative but independent work environment! Please note: This role is not a fit for recent graduates and is best for SLPs with 5 years experience working in the child's natural environment and thriving off being busy! We are specifically looking for candidates who want to build a caseload of 30 visits per week. It takes upwards to 90 days to reach a full-time caseload.

What about compensation?
Our compensation is $55 to $65 per billable treatment hour plus $18 for all indirect time including drive time, documentation time etc. The base equivalency is up to $75 per global billable treatment hour. If you average 50 billable hours in a 2 week payroll period, you are eligible for a $10 per billable hour equivalency putting your earning potential at $85 per global billable hour. If you average 25 billable hours per week for 50 weeks, you can earn up to $106,250 plus PTO, paid sick leave, 401k, up to 90% of healthcare premium covered for Kaiser base plan, CEU reimbursement, mileage and drivetime, and more!
