Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Groundsman is to haul brush and wood from the tree to the truck, assist the tree climber, use ropes and various hand and power tools, and clean the job site. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously as needed. Answer questions and provide information as needed. Perform all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employee must be able to perform the following tasks during a typical 8 hour day.
Sedentary work: Lifting up to 10#; occasionally lifting or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Work essentially involves sitting and is considered sedentary if only a small amount of walking and standing is necessary to carry out duties.
Light work: Lifting up to 20#, frequently lifting of carrying objects up to 10#. Work is classified light if it requires walking or standing to a significant degree (regardless of weight lifted) or involves sitting most of the time with a degree or pushing and pulling of arm or leg controls.
Light medium work: Lifting up to 30#; frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20#.
Medium work: Lifting up to 50#; frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 25#.
Light heavy work: Lifting up to 80#; frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 45#.
