Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Manage and optimize resources to meet budgetary goals
Lead and mentor a team of employees to foster a positive work environment
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
System Integration: Lead the integration of various sales systems, including CRM, ERP, and other relevant tools, to streamline processes and improve data accuracy
Process Improvement: Analyze existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance overall sales efficiency
Data Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of sales data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all systems and platforms
Sales Reporting: Develop and generate regular sales reports and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and inform strategic decision-making
Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales team members on system usage and best practices. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of systems with overall business objectives
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly regarding data privacy and security

Microsoft Office Skills
Education Level
Experience in Operations Management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
