Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door to Door Sales Person to join our sales team. As a door-to-door sales rep, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by setting appointments with customers at their homes. This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential.

Duties:
- Set appointments with local homeowners for our sales reps to meet with
-You will have the opportunity to become a sales-rep and earn higher commissions after a period of successful appointment and once training is complete.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Analyze customer needs and speak confidently about our services
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
- Input customer information into our CRM to ensure proper follow-up.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Technical sales experience is a plus

Note: This is a commission-based position with no base salary.
Earnings are based on individual performance.
