Reporting to the Director of Impact, they will consider strategy and organizational effectiveness throughout. They will provide support to maintain and renew Waypoint’s national accreditation from the Council on Accreditation. The Program Evaluation Coordinator will be able to work collaboratively to gather and analyze data from the entire organization and the programs within it. This is a Full Time position which consists of a full comprehensive benefits package including half day Fridays for summer.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate verbally and written in a professional manner
• Intermediate to advanced O365 skills, with ability to design, develop and monitor Excel spreadsheets.
• Experience with Power BI or comparable platform preferred
• Prior database management experience helpful
• Strong proficiency in current and emerging technology and computer applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva), experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) and social media platforms and management programs (Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Organized with attention to detail
• Ability to create positive relationships with executive leaders and fellow employees
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, such as social work, public policy, business administration, accounting or information systems
• A minimum of 3 years of similar experience is necessary supporting social service programs preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check with no history of abuse, neglect or exploitation and a motor vehicle record check
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and auto insurance that meets the company's minimum liability requirements of $50,000/$100,000
