Watters International Realty is Hiring a Listing Agent Near Dallas, TX

Description
Listing Agent: No Prospecting Required, High-Quality Appointments Set for You
Before I tell you who I am, let's talk about you. You are a talented salesperson with a proven track record of closing success. You're regularly complimented on your ability to influence people to make good buying decisions. But you're not just a closer. No, noyou actually care a great deal about seeing clients get the results they want. You enjoy the thrill of seeing two or three deals close in one day. (Happens all the time around our office.) And you like getting hugs at closing as much as you like the commission checks. Does this sound like you so far?
Here's what else I know about youif you're the person I'm looking for:
  • You have a sense of urgency; sometimes you get accused of being a tiny bit impatient. (So do I.)
  • Paperwork might not be your favorite thing to do. (Same here. It's OK. We have plenty of help with that.)
  • You'd rather work with sellers because the stakes are high and you excel at working on a deadline. (Yep.)
  • And you're known for being a little competitive. Nothing motivates you like someone saying you can't do something. (Guilty as charged.)
If this describes you, then we're a lot alike.
My name is Chris Watters. If you're in DFW, you've heard my radio ads and seen our billboards, TV commercials, etc. Thirteen years ago, I started building Texas's fastest-growing real estate company out of my 400-square-foot apartment. We spread all over Texas and have been selling homes like crazy in DFW. But I'm missing a piece.
See, all those radio/TV/billboard ads produce a LOT of inbound phone calls. Our appointment setters are doing their best to keep up with all of these folks who are asking for in-home consultations, but our amazing listing agents are running out of space on their calendars.
Their jobs entail going from one excited seller appointment to another, helping homeowners determine which of our innovative programs would work best for their goals, and following up with clients who are in the process of readying their homes for market or are under contract to close soon.
Not only do they get to be the 'superheroes' of DFW real estate, making one seller happy after another, they enjoy the perk of not having to work buy-side transactions ever again if they don't want to.
That's not to mention some of their other perks, like our recent all-expense-paid team trip to New Orleans, or to the Dominican Republic the year before. Or the upfront bonuses when listings go live, or the ongoing training taught by industry experts, or the fact that we'd never in a million years ask them to make cold calls.
Oh, and the seven assistants they get to book appointments for them, execute the 194-point marketing checklist behind the scenes, handle the necessary docusigns and paperwork, etc. Or the opportunities for growth, leadership positions that come upfor those who want more one day.
I tried but I can't fit it all here. And let's be clear about somethingI don't want your money. If you like the idea of paying upfront fees, monthly fees and endless 'gotcha' charges on your paycheckwell, that describes about every other shop in town so knock yourself out.
I bring the leads, the know-how and the wallet. You bring the hustle.
But here's the thing: If I don't get some talented salespeople to help close these listing appointments starting the first week of October, I'm going to have to dial back my ads.
Unless...
If this sounds like you, we should get to know each other. Here are a few of the requirements I'm looking for: If you have questions about them, just reply to the post and we'll get you answers.
And here's my promise to you. If I don't think the opportunity is a match for your gifts, I'll shoot you straight. If I know a broker with an opportunity that's more of a home run for you, I'll call them right there and introduce you. (Ask around, I've done it before.)
So there it is. Ball is in your court now. Let's talk.
Responsibilities
THE REQUIREMENTS:
•Must possess people skills, along with enough attention to detail to screen for potential issues, and stay on top of follow-up with prospects as well as current and past clients
•Has sold 12-24 units in the last 1 to 2 years, minimum
•A proven track record of successful property listings and sales within the real estate industry
•Agent experience cannot be solely from wholesaling
•Must exhibit an attitude of positivity, magnetism and calm under pressure
•Completed DISC assessment and value assessment
•Must be able to work well in concert with the Closing Coordinator Team to execute marketing and closing actions and create Raving Fan Clients
•Must manage time wisely and be on time and prepared for each listing appointment
•Be available after-hours to handle issues while Closing Coordinators are off duty
•Master the listing presentation, objection handlers and compliance issues in order to successfully close a listing appointment in the client's home or elsewhere, and guide clients with disclosures and other items to be left behind for completion
•Help Closing Coordinators present offers
•Complete one to two weekly check-in calls to keep client satisfaction above 9.5 NPS (Net Promoter Score.)
•Work with cooperating brokers to push past issues with showings, answer specific questions from the seller, etc.
Qualifications
•Must have Texas Real Estate License and experience closing transactions.
