Waterford Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Office Manager Near Leland, NC

Waterford Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, a growing dental practice located in Leland, NC is seeking a hard-working, engaged, and compassionate Dental Office Manager to join our team. We want our team members to partner with us in taking ownership of the success of the practice and serving our patients with exceptional care. This is a full-time position, working four (4) days and approximately 34-36 hours per week. We offer patients a wide range of dental services including preventative, perio, pedo, cosmetic, restorative, prost, implants, and reconstructive dentistry. This position will help guide daily business operations while managing all front office team members and responsibilities. Good communication, time management, team building and effective leadership skills are required. Candidate must have a strong work ethic as well as passion for dentistry and customer service. Management experience in a general dental office preferred, however dental professionals considering a transition into management are also encouraged to apply.
