Responsibilities

• Use our procured leads to produce and present deal information to our investors.
• Meet with investors at our properties, guide them through the sales process and ensure a seamless transaction.
• Proactively develop and manage relationships that generate deal deal flow, new investors and capture market intelligence.
• Eager to become one of our experienced acquisition agents.

Requirements

• At least one (1) year of sales experience
• Interested in nontraditional real estate
• Excellent communication skills
• Natural ability to build rapport
