What do FastLane Deli Managers do?

• Perform all functions of FastLane delis, including cooking, using fryers, following recipes, etc. at multiple locations
• Ensuring the deli operates efficiently
• Operate a cash register and handle money accurately
• Support, supervise, and develop Deli Attendants
• Provide great customer service
• Keep the work area clean
• Stock coolers and shelves
• Treat co-workers, customers, and vendors with kindness and respect
