A Day In The Life
Perform a wide variety of administrative functions in the DC, including but not limited to:
- Follow all safety rules and report any potential unsafe conditions
- Scheduling work cells
- Print orders & create batches in SAP
- Generate invoices in SAP
- Create shipping documents for both domestic and export orders.
- Field customer service inquiries (examples: delivery status, receiving status, inventory discrepancy, etc.)
- Track orders in SAP & on carrier websites
- Provide administrative support to the Distribution Center Leadership
- Assist with yearly Physical Inventory
- Daily inventory control as required for location audits and shipping error verifications
- Additional duties as assigned
- SAP experience
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Strong basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational & analytical skills
- Minimum two years of experience with factory and DC practices and operations
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
