Opening for a team-focused Senior Leader to join an established and stable organization, taking lead over the entirety of manufacturing operations within a recently renovated, air conditioned facility. This Plant Manager opening will be occupied by someone with an extensive precision sheet metal background, with the opportunity to take full ownership over the entirety of the operation down the road.

Description

• Responsible for full oversight and support of manufacturing operations
• This includes, but is not limited to, production execution, implementing quality standards, managing on time delivery, allocating team resources, performing capital expenditure initiatives, and maintaining in house safety and housekeeping standards
• Perform in-house development and training of employees - in addition to managing performance evaluations and continuous growth of team members.
• Frequent use and support of organizational ERP System (Global Shop)
• Lead from the front, representing company values and acting as a role model for fellow employees
• Assist HR with Recruitment, retention, and disciplinary reviews
• Open and Close Facility
• Administer safety policies and procedures and implement safety training programs in compliance with local, state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations
• Manage up to 75 Indirect Reports and 6 department leaders

Profile

• 10 Years of Precision Sheet Metal Experience
• Working knowledge of metal fabricating equipment including: CNC turrets, lasers, welders, machining, robotics, spot welding, grinding, shearing, press brakes, electro/mechanical assembly, and powder coating
• Experience working within an ISO 9001: 2015 environment preferred
• Strong ability to work within a team environment
• Leadership and People Management Experience Required
• Degree NOT Required.
• Able to Pass a formal Drug screening and Background Check

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary between $105,000-$140,000, depending on experience and skills
