Ware Malcomb is hiring an Project Manager to join our Retail Interior Design team in New York City! This position provides an excellent opportunity to sit on site with one of our clients, a Fortune 500 company on a hybrid schedule. You will also spend time in Ware Malcomb's NYC office.
As Project Manager you are responsible for the successful management of Retail Interior Design projects from start to finish including client interaction, conceptual design , schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction services. The project manager will be responsible for working with the client, leading consultants, and internal team, overseeing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation and project closeout.
Project Manager Requirements:

• 8 years of experience working on retail and interior design projects
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior design
• Knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD
• Hand sketching a plus
• Understanding of fixture/millwork design & detailing
• Knowledge of FFE/specifications
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills and be able to quickly execute design iterations
