Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of received products.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels by properly storing products in designated locations.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, with attention to safety guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including aisle clearances and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily operational goals.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of damaged or expired products.
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or challenges.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and orders.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
