In this role, you will have the opportunity to support software platforms, collaborate on team projects, provide expert advice, contribute to the implementation of business solutions, and drive major incident escalations.About Team:Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.What you'll do:Key Responsibilities:Support software platforms by addressing user questions and problems, ensuring performance, availability, reliability, and access control.Escalate and monitor unresolved issues, implementing basic changes, and consulting with other application teams for resolution.Monitor alerts, participate in change management processes, and document application changes.Contribute to team projects by identifying project activities, meeting deliverables and timelines, writing and testing programs and scripts, and maintaining system documentation.Demonstrate expertise by providing guidance to others, aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, and promoting best practices.Build relationships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, monitor progress, and capitalize on improvement opportunities.Manage software solutions by implementing change controls, configuring new hardware and software, assisting with user acceptance testing, and monitoring system functionality.Model compliance with company policies and procedures, incorporating ethical standards into business plans, and supporting a culture of integrity.What you'll bring:Qualifications:Proficiency in software support and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of performance monitoring and access control.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deliverables and timelines.Experience with ServiceNow and Grafana nice to have.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.Embraces diversity and actively supports diversity of ideas and perspectives.Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a willingness to embrace digital tools and change.Curiosity and courage to support innovation and intelligent risk-taking.Demonstrates servant leadership qualities, with humility, self-awareness, and integrity.Champions and aligns with company values, promoting a culture of accountability, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability.About Walmart Global TechImagine working in an environment where one line of code can make life easier for hundreds of millions of people.
