Ethos is looking for a full time Case Manager Nurse!
This position performs case management for workers' compensation claims based on review criteria and protocols in accordance with state and regulatory agency compliance. This is a position that requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills with effective written and verbal communication skills. The environment is fast-paced and ever-changing.

Some of the daily responsibilities are to connect with injured workers and their providers to provide analysis of data obtained to the company's clients. The CMN must also be proficient and detailed with documenting clinical criteria utilized in case analysis and medical case management. Communication is key and the ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate timely with the client, both verbally and in writing and according to company policies and procedures.

Applicants must have a valid Texas RN License (Compact Endorsement - preferred) and Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) is required.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in a managed care or workers' compensation environment and is bilingual in Spanish.

The ideal candidate needs to have excellent customer service skills, computer skills to include Office356 products, strong organizational skills and excellent people skills, strong ability to review medical records and identify critical details impacting medical treatments and medical necessity determinations. Must be initiative-taking, independent, and accountable. Strength in multi-tasking and clinical prioritization required. This position requires a lot of discretion and to maintain confidentiality.

Working conditions are mostly in a home office. This position requires local travel. It will have limited exposure to outdoor elements.
