Coco Fresh Tea & Juice in Ann Arbor, MI is now hiring shift heads for our new location at 2535 Jackson Ave. Ann Arbor (inside Westgate Shopping Center). Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution
• Train and develop new team members to company standard
• Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
• Motivate staff while working towards one goal

Qualifications

• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
• Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus

Start training immediately.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
