The P&C Employee Relations Partner will facilitate and manage employee relations to one or more lines of business. This collaborative leader will serve as an internal consultant to leaders, staff and providers regarding HR Policies and procedures while developing and promoting innovative ways to foster employee engagement. Works in close partnership with HRBPs, compliance and legal while balancing business need and organizational risk management.

Job Relationships: Reports to and receives assignments from VP, Business Partners.

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field, required. Graduate's Degree strongly, preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of seven years of Human Resources or related experience, required. Health care experience. Experience in managing and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives. Experience in providing consultative services, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification : PHR, SPHR, CHCR, SHRM-CP, SHRBP or SHRM-SCP certifications, preferred.
