Summary

The Electonic Health Record (EHR) Scribe will work with an identified provider to accurately and efficiently document the patient visit in the EHR, during the provider/patient visit. The EHR Scribe documents patient care as instructed and trained by the identified provider and as a part of Waimānalo Health Center’s Patient-Centered Health Care Home approach to care.
