Dental Office Receptionist - Wahiawā, HI

We are a growing practice and looking for a receptionist for our office in Wahiawa. Duties include but are not limited to insurance verification, answering phones, scheduling patients, and confirming appointments.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure that the dental office runs smoothly and patients’ needs are met. Experience is not necessary but highly recommended. Starting pay is dependent on past dental office experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in any Dental Office role preferred
  • Hours are flexible but occasional weekend availability is preferred
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements (e.g. standing for long periods of time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
