- Responsible for the repair and upkeep of the facility, including most of its assets such as Equipment set and disassembly, Preparation for night cleaning, Machinery lubrication, and Production support.
- 1 year of maintenance experience in a food-related manufacturing facility
- knowledge of USDA/SQF/SOP/performance of inspections (is a plus)
- knowledge of basic GMPs. (is a plus)
- Must be able to read and write in English to perform necessary documentation.
