**Compensation: starting from $15.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience **

VPC Electric is a family owned and operated business native to the Inland Northwest doing high volume, personal, individual experience & team work.

We are searching for an organized and dependable customer service representative who would like to quickly advance into other office roles. The CSR's duties include gathering customer data as the first point of contact, communicating with clients, some data entry and cross training for rapid advancement. You should be comfortable performing these and related undertakings in high volume.

• Answering the phone, juggling calls and placing calls on hold to answer additional incoming calls
• Typing while talking to customers and inputting the information into our software
• Purchasing permits and scheduling inspections
• Making our customers feel heard and appreciated
• Assisting the other office staff with phone calls, scheduling and data entry
• Providing professional, friendly, and prompt service

• Be drug free and able to pass a background check

• Must be friendly & have good people skills
• Previous experience speaking on the phone with customers
• Want to learn and grow everyday
• Treat every customer as an individual and make them feel important
• Assist other office staff with data entry in down time
• Purchase permits for electrical work and schedule inspections
• Must be able to work independently while unselfishly making decisions for the good of the team
