Position Summary: The Clinical Director (CD) provides clinical leadership, supervision and support to VOA women's programs serving substance use disorder and mental health clients within the Women's Residential Center umbrella, including residential and transitional housing programs. The CD oversees implementation of appropriate evidence-based programming with an emphasis on trauma-informed care, diversity, equity and inclusion, and best practices for individuals who may be justice or DHS involved. This position works closely with the Program Director and VOA Quality Assurance Team to ensure delivery of high-quality services and monitor fidelity of evidence-based curricula and compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules governing behavioral health services.

Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, and includes on-call availability some evenings and weekends as needed.
Supervisory: The CD supervises approximately 10-12 staff members.
Work Environment: Work is performed in a clinical treatment center with moderate light and sound. May be required to intervene in crisis situations or work with agitated clients. Travels locally to events and meetings on a regular basis.
