The Opportunity Description We're looking for a Systems Engineering Battery Test Technician , working in Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in 269 E Grand Ave, South San Francisco, California, 94080, United States .
Operate wired and wireless equipment to charge microelectronic battery assemblies on a daily basis.
Execute and manage parallel testing activities involving multiple device and testing software configurations in accordance with SOPs and Testing Instructions.
Monitor automated test equipment and long-term measurements at regularly scheduled intervals.
Prepare test reports and communicate observations to team members.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness in accordance with quality standards.

Demonstrated ability to work within a cross-functional team
Experience configuring and operating electronic test equipment, including DMMs, VNAs, SMUs, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, function generators, and logic analyzers
Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to handle small and sensitive plastic, metal, and semiconductor components
Proficiency in Python programming language or similar high-level language to configure and execute software-controlled test plans
4 years of experience with microelectronic testing, battery testing, or system verification testing in a R&D or production environment
Preferred Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with scientist and engineers from a wide range of technical backgrounds
Experience with battery-powered wearable and/or medical devices
Ability to organize, filter, and plot data to visualize key results and observations
Experience with Git or similar software version control systems (VCS)
Familiarly with semiconductor device processing and packaging, including bonding, dicing, and wire bonding
Experience prototyping micro-electronic assemblies containing SMT components and flexible substrates
