External Basic Qualificat

  • ionsBachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in promotions, marketing, retail, analytics, pricing, consumer packaged goods, insights, vendor collaboration, consumer research, inventory, category management and/or business analysis OR High school / GED and at least 4 years of experience in promotions, marketing, retail, analytics, pricing, consumer packaged goods, insights, vendor collaboration, consumer research, inventory, category management and/or business analy

  • R MBA2 years managing end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) and/or Marketing Research programs including defining methodology, survey design, QA/testing, data collection, analysis, and repor
  • ting.2 years measuring and analyzing the end-to-end customer journey to identify customer pain points, root cause of underlying issues contributing to dissatisfaction, opportunities for improvement, and areas of satisfac
  • tion.2 years managing VOC and/or marketing research programs with customer feedback tools and enterprise level reporting platforms (Medallia, Qualtrics, InMoment) and other relevant technologies to streamline data collection and anal
  • ysis.2 years performing text analysis techniques with technology used to extract sentiments, themes, and trends from unstructured customer feed
  • back.Intermediate skills in using advanced features of spreadsheet software, such as Excel, for data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis to manage and organize large amounts of data, including VLookup, Pivot Tables, Conditional format
  • ting.Experience in creating dashboards that visually represent key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and feed
  • back.Strong written and verbal presentation skills to effectively compose and communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakehol
