Compensation

Position Summary

Summary:
Social Workers provide services to all types and ages of patients, including infants, children, adolescents, young adults and the elderly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
Education Required

Must complete in-house orientation program
MSW (Master in Social Work) from a School of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education. (CSWE)

Experience And Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
Speaks, reads and writes English
Prior experience in Social Work in a health care setting or other relevant social work setting is preferred.

License/Certifications

LMSW (New York State Certification in Social Work) OR current valid Limited Permit to practice LMSW under supervisor
Mandated OMH documentation: Mandated reporter attestation and Code of Conduct
Screen Certification
