VNA Care is hiring part time Home Health LPNs! Home Health experience is not required , we will train you, fully paid orientation!

LPNs are responsible for providing high quality nursing care and personal care to patients under the direction of a registered professional nurse consistent with VNA Care’s policies, goals, and objectives.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 12:30pm or 12pm -4:30pm. Flexible start times, we will work with your scheduling needs. No Weekends!

Territory: Concord, Weston, Wayland, Waltham and surrounding towns.

Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD and diabetes is helpful.

Education

Completion of LPN Program required.

Licensure

Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
