Through the years, it is that same family-based focus and attention to care that continues as the driving force of Vista Care. Vista Care provides residential, day services, and in-home support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical, and behavioral health challenges.

Today, Vista Care is a leading service and support organization that is proud to serve a diverse population in more than 50 programs located in Nevada, South Dakota, Illinois, Colorado and Wisconsin.

Location: Sheboygan, WI, 53081

Job Type: Casual shifts available - pick up shifts as you please for whenever you are available!

Average Pay: $16.88 - $17.50 per hour based on a 36-48 hour work week! Additionally, you get a raise after your first 90 days!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assist with activities of daily living according to unique care plans

* Accompany individuals on recreation and leisure activities

* Assist in behavioral and personal care services

* Implement individual plans as written

* Increase independence in the community

* Ability to understand and implement a variety of Community Support Plans and Individual Service Plans per individuals' outcomes and goals

* Ability to track and chart data daily in line with company expectations

* Attend, assist, and engage in team meetings as needed

* Maintain communication with managers and supervisors

* Complete assigned trainings within required time

* Other related job duties as requested

Qualifications:

* Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses

* CPR and First Aid certification

* At least 18 years of age

* English proficiency to ensure seamless communication with individuals

Schedule:

* 12-hour shifts

* 3-day or 4-day work weeks

* Day shift

* Premium pay on Holidays

* One weekend day availability
