Work is to be performed at the Visiting Angels office located at 238 Adley Way, Greenville, SC 29607.
Primary Objectives of the Recruitment Specialist:
- Applicant interviews to help determine best fit for open positions
- Online Recruiting through online websites to reach out to potential new hires and facilitate communications with them through proactive recruiting measures.
- Reactive recruiting through the Visiting Angels corporate website
- Reference Checking
- Background checking
- Coordinate applicant paperflow
- Coordinate second interviews with management
- If applicant is not selected, follow up with correspondence letting them know the decision to that effect.
- Attend Job Fairs
- Conduct in house job fairs
- Conduct internal recruiting to recruit from internal staff contacts
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
