Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey is Hiring a Mobile Clinic Manager Near Holmdel, NJ
Overview:
Responsible for providing leadership and oversight of large community vaccination clinics throughout New Jersey. This role’s main objective is to build relationships in priority communities, community-based organizations and health care providers to coordinate mobile vaccination clinics (COVID-19 and flu or otherwise designated by the State of NJ). The Mobile Clinic Manager is responsible for reviewing the data collected at the mobile vaccination sites to ensure accurate reporting for both internal and external use.
Responsibilities:
Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
Provides agency-wide leadership and oversight in day-to-day operations related to the Human Resources department
Leads, supervises and evaluates the mobile vaccination program, including the administrative positions and nurse vaccinators
Initiates, attends, leads and executes community immunization and education and mobile vaccinations throughout New Jersey
Responsible for reviewing the data collection at the mobile vaccination sites to ensure accurate reporting and billing (if applicable) for both internal and external use
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
5 years’ experience in healthcare with 1 – 2 years in supervisory capacity
Excellent communication, strategic and visionary skills
