Duties:
- Provide direct care to patients in a hospice or assisted living setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning patients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Follow resident rights guidelines and ensure patient privacy and dignity
- Drive patients to appointments or outings as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in senior care or hospice care is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with patient transfers

- Must have experience with bedridden patients.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Expected hours: 20 – 26 per week

• 4 hour shift
