Care Attendant Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with light housekeeping and create a comfortable living space.
Assist residents with daily activities like walking, showers, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly environment, including laundry and bed making.
Be a crucial part of emergency response and resident calls for aid.
Opportunity for training as a medication technician to enhance your skill set.
Cross-training to work in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Effective communication skills (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
Genuine compassion and patience for senior adults.
Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant certification is a plus, but not required.
