Adolescent Treatment Center seeking Program Aides / Technicians to work overnight shifts from 12:00 am to 12:00 pm. Other shifts may be available based on experience, training completion, and availability. 

General Job Duties:

• The primary job is to keep the clients as safe and comfortable as possible.
• Facilitates clients' daily activities in residential treatment, clients are being treated for various mental health conditions and/or drug and alcohol dependence.
• Transports clients in company vehicles to doctor appointments, and nightly activities. 
• Observes and monitors clients' behavior and document observations, and assists with supervision of medication protocols.
• Communicates client interaction with therapists and treatment providers to ensure the clients get the best care possible.
• Conducts UA drug screen collection when directed, following appropriate procedures

The ideal candidate is someone who is detailed and has a desire to help facilitate change in teens headed down the wrong path. He or she would also have a good sense of humor and can be flexible to changes during the shift when things don't go "perfectly". We are a hard-working team but we also have a great time. 

Details:

We start at $19.50 per hour and typically promote from within.

Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Valid Drivers License Required.

Three 12 hour shifts are considered full-time- We have both full-time and part-time positions open.

Tuesday or Wednesday mornings we have a mandatory staff meeting which is conducted via Zoom.

We have locations in Malibu, Thousand Oaks, and Woodland Hills. Location placement is based on the company's needs, and new employees should be willing/able to work at any of the three locations.

If you have EVER been arrested for ANYTHING it may slow the hiring process down 3-6 months. You will not be able to work shifts until it is cleared.
