We are looking for Senior Controls Engineer at Dallas TX for 18 months contract role.

Senior Controls Engineer

Location: Dallas TX

Duration : 18 mth

Must have:

• Industries - One or more of: Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Building Automation, Food and Beverage, Water Treatment, and general manufacturing
• PLC Programming
• PLC-5 to ControlLogix conversions
• In-depth understanding of Emerson DeltaV platform
• PLC hardware/software platforms such as Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and Modicon.
• HMI/SCADA hardware/software platforms such as Servers, VM's, Networks, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk and Plant Pax, Aveva System Platform and Edge, Inductive Automation Ignition, GE iFIX, Siemens Winn CC, and TI Portal.
• DCS hardware/software platforms such as Emerson DeltaV or similar
• Instrumentation
• Networking – ethernet, etc,
• Lead projects as a Project Manager (PM) but not a full-blown PM, this is a hands-on project engineering role
• Client interactive experience
• Batch/Recipes, OEE, MES, and ERP systems
• Travel up to 25%

  Nice to have:

• AutoCAD
• PMP certification
• Semiconductor
• Design of electrical schematics, and control panels including power distribution under 480VAC, and associated NEC references
• Life Science industry background
