**Operations Floater**

**Department:** Member Service

The individual in this position provides account services and teller line back-up for all branches and assists other departments as needed. In this role, this employee will open, close and perform maintenance on all accounts including Safe Deposit Boxes. They will prepare accurate/complete membership documentation according to procedures and in compliance with Federal, State and NCUA Regulations, cross sell products, process check orders and mail, and much more.

**Hours:** Monday through Friday, schedule varies based on branch location and need,

plus Saturday rotation.

**Grade:** 6

**Rate of Pay:** $ 19.16 to $ 20.78 per hour
