Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and delivering training and self-service learning opportunities for Visa's Risk and Identity solutions. Under the direction and guidance of the Sr. Director, the Training and Development Sr. Consultant will be responsible for instructional design, content development, and training delivery. The Sr. Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert on fraud strategy and the suite of Visa's risk solutions, collaborating as needed to ensure the highest quality of knowledge transfer. The qualified candidate will be experienced in the payment business, instructional design, project management, eLearning development, and direct facilitation of training. This position may require occasional domestic and international travel. Work hours are highly variable in support of a rapidly growing global organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance existing command of Visa's Risk and Identity Solutions product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 portfolio of products.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in tools used to support clients, including Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Create and maintain eLearning modules for Visa solutions.
  • Stay abreast of changes in Visa's business to suggest and develop new curriculum for onboarding and continuing education training.
  • Proactively update existing L&D offerings as products and services are enhanced and modified.
  • Assist in on-boarding new Risk Solutions Services team members via new hire training programs and act as a guide in service delivery as requested.
  • Ensure travel and expenses are within budget guidelines and reported in a timely manner.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and a strong aptitude with software tools required.
Minimum 5 years' experience in managing collaborative, enterprise-wide projects/programs required.
Minimum 5 years' experience in designing and building learning programs preferred.
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and deploy a software solution is required.
Minimum 5 years' experience facilitating training remotely is highly preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills required.
Minimum 5 years professional experience in the eCommerce payment industry highly desired.
Fluency in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, or Mandarin Chinese is highly desired.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 125,500 to 192,750 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
