This individual will leverage their advanced technical experience and understanding of automation skills to build as well as train engineers to contribute to automation adoption across the board.In this role, you will:Be accountable for the quality of the product group applications and key deliverables.Identify opportunities to improve quality and increase efficiencies.Drive Engineering Quality Modernization for the Product GroupAct as a Player/coach to lead a group of SDET/engineers and drive quality accountability within agile teams.Provide automated test scripts code reviews.Be involved in Architecture /design to build testable software.Work with technology, DevSecOps, and product stakeholders to implement key initiatives.Represent the product group on broader initiatives.Maintain product area regression test plan documents.Oversee the execution of regression test plans prior to production release.Monitor methodology, quality scorecards, and reporting.Streamline testing process that includes Lower environment and Data readiness.Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met.Required Qualifications:5 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.2 years with one or more software development languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, JSON, Angular, NodeJSExperience with one or more Testing Frameworks: Selenium, JMeter, Blazemeter, Performance Center, Perfecto, Cucumber, Gherkin, ALM, Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, Chaos Toolkit, Simian Army, Toxi Proxy2 year of financial industry experience4 years of Quality Assurance experience3 years in a Technical Leadership RoleDesired Qualifications:2 years of experience with Cloud technologies: AWS, PCF, PKS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, Azure, Windows, VMware2 years of experience in Automation and Continuous Integration-Continuous Development (CI-CD) of Full Circle applications2 years of experience working and implementing Service Virtualization solution using both home grown and vendor technologies: CA Lisa (DevTest), ReadyApi, Micro Focus Serv Virt, Soap UIExperience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and KanbanAbility to interact with all levels of an organization.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Location Postings:GLEN ALLEN, VAMINNEAPOLIS, MNCHARLOTTE, NCNEW YORK, NYPay Range$120,400.00 - $250,000.00Benefits Wells Fargo provides all eligible full- and part-time employees with a comprehensive set of benefits designed to protect their physical and financial health and to help them make the most of their financial future.
