We are a multidisciplinary (Chiro and Physical Therapy) practice seeking a motivated leader, problem-solver, and positive minded clinic manager to oversee our Carrollton Clinic and the ability to work in a fast-pace environment. The Clinic Manager handles a variety of different tasks which provides customer service daily along with supervising the staff, training, ensuring productivity, goals met, and day to day operations run smoothly.

• Ensure the healthcare facility is following provincial/territorial and federal healthcare regulations
• Oversee clinic operations and staff duties.
• Update patient medical records, schedule appointments and be a TEAM LEADER and a MEMBER at the same time.
• Become familiar with company protocol and process in order to assure staff is trained.
• Liaison with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
• Manage the clinic's budget and inventory.
• Follow the company standard procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
• Perform training, and performance evaluation of staff members and work with Regional Managers for guidelines
• Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
• Maintain record of meetings with management and apply necessary changes to clinic settings
• Review and monitor reports and logs and review reports daily
• Provide support as needed in all departments
• Respond to and manage customer escalations when needed and report to management.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced (2 years) in successfully managing or a team of at least 5 plus employees in a healthcare facility/ Clinic
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
• Great Customer service experience along with interpersonal communication skills
• Competency with computer-based healthcare administration systems, like ECW, iSalus, or any medical EMR /EHR
• A natural born leader who is eager to come in and establish their role
• A proven high performer in demanding roles
• Tech savvy, to include all MS Office products
• Able to manage their own time and projects without daily supervision
• Bilingual Required (English and Spanish)

**Hours availability: Monday-Thursday hours of operation between 9am - 7pm & Saturday 10am-1pm**
