VC Kids Childcare Staff 

Part-time (as needed)

VC Kids is looking for new team members to serve families across all our Vineyard Columbus campuses with Childcare Services. Offering a flexible schedule during evenings and weekends, we’re hiring Childcare Team Members who have experience serving children ages 1-12. You will provide quality care to the children so families can attend classes, events and conferences.

Aside from regular weekend services at our five campuses across Central Ohio, our Cooper Road Campus is also home to our Vineyard Community Center that offers an Early Childhood Center, After-School and Summer Programs, Middle and High School Life Readiness, Sports and Exercise Programs, free Health Clinics, Immigration Counseling Services, ESL classes and more.

• Ability to build rapport and interact well with children

 In this role, you will:

• Prepare classrooms, greet and welcome families and children
• Ensure the safety of children in a classroom environment 
• Engage with children in age-appropriate activities
• Lead programming that will inspire their faith journey
• Follow proper training and safety protocols
