Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their needs
- Utilize OEM catalogs, order management systems, and other resources to accurately identify and order parts
- Process parts orders, including picking, packing, and shipping/receiving
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to parts orders
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Experience:
- Previous experience in an automotive repair, equipment repair, auto body repair, or dealership environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using order management systems
