Job Summary:
Village Caregiving of Lansing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our team in Flint , Grand Blanc, Mount Morris and Swartz Creek.  This is a part-time, hourly position providing daily living assistance to individuals in their homes. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, paid semi-monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes, following their individualized care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as well as light housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and socialization to clients
- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate parties
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights if needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
