A Day in the Life:

On a typical day, you will manage the operations of your store and performance of your staff. How you interact with guests will be the blueprint for you team. Your tasks will include counting inventory, hiring, making sales, and coaching employees. You will be responsible for meeting personal and store sales goals. You will also take part in trainings and attending weekly sales leadership calls.

As part of our retail stores, Store Manager compensation includes commissions and base pay determined by location. We are proud that our Store Managers make a national average of $24.85 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. That's more than $50,000.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week.

Retail Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, coach and develop sales staff on all aspects of sales which include but are not limited to, sales techniques, products, promotions, and procedures
• Be motivated by change and adapt sales strategies as the business changes
• Encourageand motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Provide effective performance feedbackto all staffand set time frames for achievement. Must also commit to following up on those expectations and maintain accountability
• Use Salesforce calls and customer outreachto increase productivity and drive sales
• Ensure availabilityandprotectionof merchandise by maintaining inventory levels
• Perform an accessory inventory count monthly as well as device inventory count daily
• Market merchandise by adhering to advertising, sales promotion, and display plans
• Maintain cleanliness standards as they evolve, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests
• Secure merchandise and protect employees by adhering to security standards
• Schedule staff to maintain appropriate shift coverage based on business needs
• Manageall escalated customer service issues with professionalism
• Execute daily operational procedures with excellence
• Lead witheffectivecommunicationthrough Teams and manage email communications
• EnforceVictrapolicies and procedurespromptly and efficiently
• Use training tools provided to further your careerand personal development
• Create a fun and engaging environment that promotes creativity and innovation

Job Requirements:

Next to being committed to superior customer service, you also have experience leading a team to greatness. We look for you to also bring the following:

• High School diploma, AA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role

We also have expectations that you bring the following traits:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge
• Relevant history of high retail sales performance
• Basic Math Skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds

Training Requirements

• All Store Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense
• All Store Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 3-day Store Manager University (SMU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense
• Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra
