Your responsibilities will include:
  • ๐Ÿพ Providing empathetic and reassuring support to distressed pet owners over the phone and in person.
  • ๐Ÿพ Collecting accurate information from pet owners to assist our veterinary team in providing prompt and effective care.
  • ๐Ÿพ Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • ๐Ÿพ Ensuring accurate patient and client information in our system, including checking patients in and out, processing payments, and maintaining records.
  • ๐Ÿพ Coordinating the sending and receiving of records from local clinics to facilitate seamless patient care.
  • ๐Ÿพ Collaborating closely with our veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
  • ๐Ÿพ Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to the emotional needs of pet owners during difficult situations.
