Overview
Quality Assurance Representative
Locations: Hartford, CT
Travel: 0%
Pay Range: $20-36/hr DOE

Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement and improve measures regarding quality assurance
- Perform inspections of materials in accordance to drawings and standards
- Investigate and address quality issues: troubleshoot the root cause and implement a corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate waste product: rework, replacement, and determine acceptable deviation levels
- Perform final inspections of finished products
- Verification of quality problems to ensure effectiveness
- Escalate issues if inadequate or ineffective measures are identified
Experience
Minimum two years experience in quality control in the parts/components manufacturing field.
Experience with measuring equipment
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Detailed knowledge of inspection techniques.
Education
Two year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience or military service required.
