As Site Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our afterschool and summer programs as part of our 21st CCLC. We're looking for someone with a visionary mindset, capable of not only implementing engaging activities but also nurturing a culture of growth and innovation. Your leadership, communication, and collaboration skills will be essential as you work to connect with school initiatives, expand our offerings, and cultivate a team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our students.
The Site Coordinator's key responsibilities include:
•Manage daily operation of afterschool and summer programs
•Create supportive learning environments
•Supervise and recruit staff
•Maintain grant compliance
•Promote programs and build community connections
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree along with current Vermont Teacher Certification and possess experience working with youth in accordance with VAE/School standards.
Our anticipated schedule includes approximately 15 hours per week for the afterschool program, following the school calendar, and 15-40 hours per week for the summer program, which typically runs for four to six weeks. All candidates must meet VAE and local qualifications, including passing background checks.
