· Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including entry of associates records.

· Work closely with other departments and communicate with them via phone, radio, e-mail, or in person.

· Email, copy, scan, archive, and shred documents as needed.

· Respond to requested information and paperwork needs.

· Manage and maintain records both physical and electronic.

· Check in and out assets as needed such as radios, keys, tablets, and fast lane.

· Maintain office clean and organized.

· Run and complete various reports for the day.

· Have additional opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.

· Must be at least 18 years old.

· Must have FULL availability.

· Availability to include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

· This is a seasonal position, must be available to commit to at least 3 months.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
