Step into this exciting new opportunity on Elucid's Software QA team where you will have the opportunity to to craft and enhance our automation framework, ensuring the seamless execution of QA processes. Our SQA Automation Engineer is responsible to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through the implementation and smooth running of QA processes and ultimately customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automation strategies of our SaaS-based medical imaging products
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Write, review, and optimize automated test scripts
• Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system
• Determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement these scenarios
• Automate data setup and teardown processes to ensure test repeatability and consistency.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and feedback.
• Monitor test execution results and troubleshoot failures to identify root causes.
• Track and manage defects identified during automated testing.
• Implement automation best practices and standards to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve the automation process and testing methodologies.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance automation skills within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• 7 years experience delivering enterprise class software products in an Agile environment
• 2 years experience working in regulated industries
• Prior QA experience with medical imaging software
• Experience with modern QA tooling: Jira, Zephyr, Selenium/TestCase or similar
• Solid experience in working with databases/tools like Oracle, MySQL, SQL Developer and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience in SVN, GitHub, Gitlab, Jenkins, Maven, and various code Management and CI/CD tools
• Expert knowledge on automation using Cypress, Selenium Webdriver, TestCafe
• Proven experience in implementing/customizing BDD , TDD , Keyword driven , Data driven , Hybrid Automation frameworks and using IDE's not limited to Eclipse, IntelliJ
• Experience in Testing /Automating API's (SOAP, RESTFUL , AS400 Stored procedure)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
