We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of patient information in electronic medical records
- Handle payments, invoices, and insurance claims
- Provide information to clients regarding services, products, and general pet care
Experience:
-Open to any level of experience
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Understanding of animal husbandry and veterinary critical care
